Kayak & Canoe Liability Release

Between Sandy Point Lodge & Resort, further referred to as "Sandy Point", And the below named further referred to as "[Participant]"

The participant agrees and does hereby release from all liability and hold harmless Sandy Point and any of its employees representing or related to Sandy Point.

This liability release is for any and all liability for personal injuries including death and property losses or damage in connection with any activity or accommodation of the above mentioned business.

The participant does hereby further agree to abide by all the rules and regulations that are presented by Sandy Point Lodge. The participant agrees to cover any and all damages to rental equipment up to the original purchase value of said equipment.

Applicable Law

This contract shall be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota in St. Louis County and any applicable Federal Law. By submitting the below form you are agreeing to the terms above.
