Welcome to Sandy Point Lodge

Located on the western end of Lake Kabetogama and Voyageurs National Park. Fishing, bird watching, kayaking, swimming, wildlife and relaxation in our clean northern air are here for you to enjoy. Walleye, northern pike, bass, perch, crappies and sauger thrive in our healthy fishery.

Voyageurs National Park starts at our waters edge and the National Park Service offers many ways to learn about our unique history.

We are open year-round. See fall colors, or try winter angling and spearing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing and cross country skiing. Relax in front of your cabins fire, take a sauna and let us cook for you in our restaurant. See you there!

  • A buddy and I stayed for a weekend this winter and went snowmobiling. The staff is very friendly, the room clean, and the food was outstanding. We’ll definitely be back next year!

  • Our kids loved the cabin that we stayed in- warm, roomy and cozy! Gordon and Jennifer have a great spot, excellent food, and a game room in the main lodge beautiful views and great hikes! We could have stayed for weeks!

  • Thank you to Jen and Gordon for another wonderful trip. The fishing was fantastic, the company was great, food was out of this world; just can’t say enough about our favorite resort and lake in the U.S.
